CardConnect Terms of Use

1. Service Usage Terms

By accessing and using CardConnect, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. You may not use CardConnect if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

CardConnect is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

2. User Responsibilities

Users must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of their account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in any unauthorized or illegal activities

3. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall CardConnect be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use CardConnect
• Any conduct or content of any third party on CardConnect
• Any content obtained from CardConnect
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

4. Intellectual Property Rights

CardConnect and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CardConnect and its licensors. CardConnect is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

CardConnect trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of CardConnect.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to CardConnect immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
